1. Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the xbaze platform and its users ("you" or "member"). The term "platform" as used here refers to the xbaze website, mobile application, and any related services.

"Services" refers to all casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming features provided by xbaze. "Account" refers to your personal registered account on the platform.

These terms apply to all members who are registered on xbaze or intend to register. These terms are governed in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on xbaze and participate in any game or betting activity. Account registration by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. The platform may request necessary documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may register only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, separate identity verification may be required for each person.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or incomplete information is provided, xbaze reserves the right to suspend or close the account. Any changes to personal information must be updated promptly.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of account verification, xbaze may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. This process is essential for your security and to prevent fraud.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the xbaze support team immediately.

Any transaction made using your account login credentials will be considered as carried out by you, unless you have informed xbaze of unauthorised use. For secure login, it is recommended to use xbaze login through the official xbaze channel.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on xbaze is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposits made using third-party accounts or methods are not accepted. In such cases, the funds will be returned and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made only through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification (KYC) has not been completed. If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

xbaze offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus after the wagering requirement has been met can be withdrawn.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, xbaze reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Bonuses apply only to eligible members and may be modified or cancelled in specific circumstances.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The xbaze VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6. Game Rules and Fair Use

All games on the xbaze platform are conducted in a fair and transparent environment. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

Members should read the specific rules of a game before playing. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault or connection issue, xbaze will make every reasonable effort to return the bet amount to the member's account.

For sports betting, the on-field result is considered final. Bets will be settled based on results published from official sources.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Using any software, bots, or automation tools to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Any activity intended to harass or harm other members.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by xbaze

xbaze may temporarily or permanently suspend an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or signs of fraud.
• Failure to verify age.

8.2 Account Closure at the Member's Own Request

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before the request is processed.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Full details on how your personal information is collected, stored, and used are provided in our Privacy Policy. xbaze does not sell your information to third parties. SSL encryption is used to protect your data.

Your account information, transaction history, and gaming data will be retained for a defined period in accordance with xbaze's policies. Information may be shared with relevant authorities where legally required.

xbaze believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. Members are advised to play within their financial means and limits.
